Temporary Fence & Barriers

Unity Fencing temporary fencing and concrete jersey barrier installations provide safety and security for job-sites, special events and pedestrian walkways. Concrete jersey barriers were developed to protect work sites or pedestrian areas from automotive traffic. These barriers are 24" wide at the base, 32" tall and typically come in 5', 10' and 12'6" lengths.  

Unity Fencing temporary fencing can be purchased or rented. We can provide the necessary style and sizes for your job site. Temporary chain link fencing typically comes in 6’ high by 12’ wide and can be secured with stands and sandbags. We can also provide 8’ high with the ability to secure the fencing by driving the post into the ground.  

To add additional privacy and protection to your job site we recommend our top of the line windscreen. It is 100% Knitted Polyethylene. An open mesh knitted polyethylene screen suited for any construction site requiring privacy and debris blocking. Our windscreen is 85% blockage which meets compliance standards. It is weather tough with a construction 85 weight of 5.1 oz. per square yard. 

Cantilever slide gates are an ease of use for construction sites. They operate using a system of rollers and tracks.  

Double swing gates are typically used for larger openings, such as parking lots, driveways, and trash enclosures. 

Wooden double swing gates are mostly used for trash enclosures, or utility enclosures. 

Access control systems allow gate operators to be controlled by Remote controls (using radio technology), Digital Keypads, Card Key Readers, Proximity Card Readers or Bar Code Readers. Bar Code Readers can scan decals up to 6 feet away, do not require a driver to open a window, and can identify vehicles moving up to 25 mph. These systems are available in programmable and non-programmable versions. Access Control Systems require electricity at the site.

Single swing gates can be used in a variety of exterior and interior applications. Swing gates operate by swinging in or out.
